Giant's Tear – It was a diamond. The stone graced a twisted gold chain and glinted fire. Shaped like a tear, it was long and wide as the first joint of a man’s thumb. It was mined about a hundred and fifty years ago and came up for auction while Roarke was in Sydney. It caught his eye and he thought of Eve; he bought it because he loves her.
