Privacy Screen

Privacy Screen – The first mention of a privacy screen was in Naked in Death.^[1] They are most often described as being located over windows and, when engaged, maintain privacy within a home or apartment and keep others from being able to see in.^[2] "Privacy screens shielded the window that afforded twin shafts of morning light."^[3] Other mentions.^[4]

Privacy screens are also used at crime scenes; they are used to keep the curious barricaded and to preserve the murder site.^[5]
