Delta Colony – Dominic II, the son of Dominic Naples, is the US liaison to Delta Colony and is reputed to have aspirations for a higher office.^[1]

Also mentioned in Seduction in Death as one of the locations from which 'Wordsworth' bounced his transmissions to Stefanie Finch.^[2]
