I'm so disappointed.  I got the The MacGregor Brides and The MacGregor Grooms and the performer makes all the heroes sound like they have a lisp.  I can't even listen to it!

Instead I am listening (again) to Birthright, one of my favorite Nora books.

That's really sad, Carole. I hate that as I really enjoyed those stories.

Yeah, I was really disappointed as I have read the stories so many times, I know parts of them by heart!  Oh well,  guess I'll stick with re-reading them instead of listening to them.

This is the second time I've tried listening to Storm Front.  I got fed up with James Marsters' dramatic sighs the first time.  Sadly, I'm still getting a vision of Spike when I hear him.

Carole, Birthright is my favorite Nora too, but I've never listened to the audio version. Is it well done?

It's one of my favorites too and I'm  happy to say the audio is well done.  It's performed by Bernadette Quigley who did Three Fates, and her Callie voice sounds a lot like Cleo Tolliver, but it fits, I think.
