Been keeping my eye out for someone older to play Dr. Morris and I think I found him. He's been in a lot of movies and TV show. Yes, he's the guy on Iron Chef. He's in his early 40's and I think he has the look. Let the critiquing begin.

I just don't see it. Sorry.
I think he'd be a better Yancy. (I know we're only supposed to mention the character discussed, but I had to throw that out there.)

I can see him as Morris, (but not sure if I could see him on Iron Chef after seeing him in the morgue). I can also see him as Yancy.

He's way too old for Yancy. Yancy is supposed to be in his twenties and I never pictured him as mixed race but rather a farmboy look. Innocent and young looking on the outside and weathered on the inside. I think Mark would make a great Morris. He looks sophisticated has a martial arts background so could easily fall into the healing power of the mind stuff. He looks mixed race with dark almond shaped eyes and black hair and he's hot. I could see him as the educated Dr. Morris in his tidy suit that hides a crap load of secrets. Definitely someone I wouldn't be initially attracted to, like Eve, but I would look twice.

I totally agree with you on this one. Morris has long, dark hair and is tall and dark as this guy is.

Good choice!!

Forgot Yancy is in his twenties. Definetly Dr. Morris.

He could be Morris. I know him from his recurring role on the new Hawaii Five-0 as Wo Fat.

Yes I think you got it. That chiselled face, dark skin, and he's hot. With his hair straight and long, in a pony tail, he definitely could be Morris. With A.J.'s great picks for Roarke and Mavis, and Stanic for Eve, him for Morris, all we need now is for somebody smart, to get this on cable. Anyone want to contact the USA network, or HBO?

HBO has a blog. We should start a thread on there to persuade them to buy the rights to In Death. But to keep this on topic he's my best pick for Morris so far.

Oh! This is the Chairman from Iron Chef!!
He is hot. I like him on Iron Chef but, after seeing some of the movies he's in, his acting is not as hot as his appearance, IMO.
He's sexy enough for Morris, but I picture my Morris as more chiseled and suave.

I am a fan of Mark, whatever he chooses to do. I love him on Iron Chef America and he was great in his role in Stargate Atlantis.
He sent chills up my spine in his first scene as Wo Fat on Hawaii 5-O
Don't know why I didn't think of him.
